However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify all details, including but not limited to the vehicle's condition, specifications, history, and any relevant documentation.
2. Vehicle Inspection:
a. Car Vend LTD places utmost importance on transparency and integrity in our vehicle sales. While we strive to accurately represent each vehicle's condition, we strongly recommend that buyers conduct a comprehensive inspection before finalizing a purchase.
b. Warranties: In instances where warranties are explicitly mentioned, buyers should note that these warranties are provided by third-party providers and are subject to the full terms and conditions set forth by the warranty provider. It is imperative for buyers to review and understand these warranty terms before completing the purchase.
c. Inspection Responsibility: The responsibility for inspecting a vehicle lies with the buyer. We encourage buyers to thoroughly examine all aspects of the vehicle, including its mechanical condition, exterior appearance, interior features, and any relevant documentation such as service records and vehicle history reports.
d. Independent Inspections: Buyers have the option to arrange for an independent inspection by a qualified mechanic or inspection service at their own expense. Car Vend LTD welcomes and facilitates such inspections to ensure buyers' peace of mind and confidence in their purchase decision.
e. Disclosures: While Car Vend LTD endeavors to disclose any known issues or discrepancies with the vehicle to the best of our knowledge, buyers should be aware that some defects or imperfections may go unnoticed or undisclosed. It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly assess the vehicle's condition and raise any concerns before finalizing the purchase.
f. Waiver of Liability: By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that Car Vend LTD shall not be held liable for any defects, damages, or issues discovered after the sale, except as expressly provided for in the terms of any applicable warranty.
g. Final Inspection: Prior to completing the transaction, Car Vend LTD will conduct a final inspection to ensure that the vehicle meets our internal standards of quality and safety. However, this inspection does not substitute for the buyer's own due diligence and independent assessment of the vehicle's condition.
h. Inspection Reports: Car Vend LTD may provide inspection reports or documentation upon request, but such reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's condition.
i. Buyer's Acknowledgment: By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle to their satisfaction or have waived their right to do so, and they accept the vehicle in its present condition, with all faults and imperfections, if any.
3. Pricing and Payment:
a. All prices listed on our website are in GBP (British Pound Sterling) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment for the vehicle must be made in full before the vehicle is released to the buyer.
b. Car Vend LTD reserves the right to modify the prices of vehicles at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect the price of any vehicle for which an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
4. Vehicle Ownership:
a. The title and ownership of the vehicle will be transferred to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. Car Vend LTD will provide all necessary documentation for the transfer of ownership, including but not limited to the V5C (logbook) and any relevant service history.
5. Returns and Refunds:
a. Car Vend LTD understands that purchasing a vehicle is a significant investment, and we strive to provide accurate information and transparent service to our customers. However, due to the nature of used car sales, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below to protect both the buyer and Car Vend LTD as the dealer.
b. Returns: Car Vend LTD does not generally accept returns of vehicles once a purchase has been finalized. However, in exceptional circumstances where the vehicle is significantly misrepresented or undisclosed faults are present, affecting its roadworthiness, the buyer may request a return within 14 days of the purchase date.
c. Refunds: If a return request is approved by Car Vend LTD, refunds will be issued in accordance with the following conditions:
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
- Any modifications or alterations made to the vehicle after purchase may void the refund eligibility.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the vehicle's return and are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price to cover administrative and handling costs. This fee is additional to usage fee per mile which should be dictated by the fair tariffs in reference to the governing laws.
d. Inspection: Car Vend LTD reserves the right to conduct a thorough inspection of the returned vehicle to verify its condition and identify any discrepancies. Any damage or depreciation beyond normal wear and tear may affect the refund amount.
e. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a return or refund request, Car Vend LTD will work with the buyer to reach a fair and mutually acceptable resolution. However, Car Vend LTD's decision regarding the eligibility of returns and refunds shall be final and binding.
f. Exceptions: Returns and refunds will not be granted for reasons such as buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the vehicle's features or specifications, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of sale.
g. Legal Compliance: All return and refund processes shall comply with applicable laws and regulations governing consumer rights and protection in the United Kingdom.
h. Reservation of Rights: Car Vend LTD reserves the right to amend or modify the returns and refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will not affect the return or refund eligibility for vehicles purchased before the effective date of the changes.
6. Vehicle Warranty:
a. Unless otherwise stated, all vehicles are sold without any warranty, expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to purchase additional warranty coverage from third-party providers if desired. Vehicles are sold in the condition seen at viewing unless otherwise clearly agreed and stated on the sales invoice.
a. Car Vend LTD may offer warranties on select vehicles, as specified in the vehicle listing or agreed upon at the time of purchase. These warranties are provided by third-party providers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
b. The terms and coverage of any warranty provided by Car Vend LTD or its affiliated third-party providers will be clearly outlined in writing at the time of sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to review and understand the terms of the warranty before completing the purchase.
c. Any warranty provided by Car Vend LTD does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accidents. It is the buyer's responsibility to properly maintain and care for the vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the terms of the warranty.
d. Car Vend LTD reserves the right to determine the validity of any warranty claim and may require inspection or documentation to support the claim. Warranty coverage may be voided if the vehicle has been modified or altered without prior authorization from Car Vend LTD.
e. In the event of a warranty claim, Car Vend LTD will facilitate communication between the buyer and the warranty provider to ensure timely resolution. However, Car Vend LTD shall not be held liable for any delays or disputes arising from the warranty claim process.
f. Car Vend LTD shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the buyer related to warranty repairs or services, including but not limited to towing, rental vehicles, or accommodations.
g. The warranty provided by Car Vend LTD or its affiliated third-party providers is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer of the vehicle. Any attempt to transfer or assign the warranty without prior authorization may result in the voiding of the warranty.
h. Car Vend LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any warranty program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the warranty terms will not affect the warranty coverage for vehicles purchased before the effective date of the changes.
i. These warranty terms provided by Car Vend LTD supersede any rights or remedies available to the buyer under applicable consumer protection laws. It is understood that by engaging in a transaction with Car Vend LTD, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein, which shall govern the warranty coverage for the purchased vehicle. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable by law.
7. Legal Compliance:
a. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased vehicle complies with all legal requirements, including but not limited to vehicle registration, insurance, and taxation.
8. Limitation of Liability:
a. Car Vend LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or the purchase of a vehicle, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase by Car Vend LTD
These terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms") govern the acquisition of vehicles by Car Vend LTD ("Buyer") from the seller ("Seller"). By purchasing a vehicle from the Seller, Car Vend LTD agrees to abide by these Terms.
1. Vehicle Acquisition: a. The Seller warrants that they have full legal authority to sell the vehicle to Car Vend LTD. b. Car Vend LTD reserves the right to verify the vehicle's ownership and documentation before completing the purchase.
2. Payment: a. Payment for the vehicle shall be made in full upon completion of the purchase transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. b. Payment shall be made in GBP (British Pound Sterling) and can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed-upon methods.
3. Title and Ownership: a. Title and ownership of the vehicle shall transfer to Car Vend LTD upon receipt of full payment. b. The Seller shall provide all necessary documentation for the transfer of ownership, including but not limited to the V5C (logbook) and any relevant service history.
4. Vehicle Condition: a. The Seller warrants that the vehicle is free from any liens, encumbrances, or legal claims that may affect Car Vend LTD's ownership or use of the vehicle. b. Car Vend LTD reserves the right to inspect the vehicle upon receipt and reject it if it does not meet the agreed-upon condition.
5. Inspection and Acceptance: a. Car Vend LTD shall inspect the vehicle upon receipt and notify the Seller immediately of any defects or discrepancies. b. Acceptance of the vehicle by Car Vend LTD constitutes acknowledgment that it has been received in satisfactory condition, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Returns and Refunds: a. Car Vend LTD does not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased vehicles, except in cases where the vehicle is significantly misrepresented or undisclosed faults exist, affecting its usability or legal compliance.
7. Legal Compliance: a. The Seller warrants that the vehicle complies with all legal requirements for sale, including but not limited to vehicle registration, insurance, and taxation. b. Car Vend LTD shall not be liable for any legal issues arising from the Seller's failure to comply with legal requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability: a. The Seller shall indemnify and hold Car Vend LTD harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the purchase of the vehicle, except to the extent caused by Car Vend LTD's negligence or misconduct.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By completing the purchase transaction, Car Vend LTD acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Car Vend LTD and the Seller regarding the purchase of the vehicle.
